"Had a technical issue with a heat sink Was not aware part was fully broken and the configuration of said part was odd to myself so i opted for someone else to deal with my problem after 3 weeks of software trouble shooting and upon discovering it was high temps and realizing it was said part (thought cpu just needed new thermal paste and my heat sink a cleaning). Upon being informed the part was fully broken the Problem was dealt with effeciently and my system was restored to me ahead of schedule with a newly installed replacement. Great Service"
