Very nice very respectful. He even put booties on when he came in my house. Very thoughtful. Ryan arrived on and worked very hard on both my washer and dryer, explained to me thoroughly, what was going on with both the washer and the dryer. The parts were ordered the same day, and Ryan was back by Friday to finish fixing my washer and dryer…. Customer service, 100%, The skill factor 100%, hands-down, 100% thoroughly satisfied"

"While our 4 1/2 yr. old beautiful Kitchen Aid high end refrigerator was ultimately determined to be not repairable, we did appreciate Advantage Appliance Service and Jimmy (our serviceman) and the way they conduct their business. "I have been lucky enough to get Chuck as the Service Technician before this appointment, so I was so pleased to see him back. Very respectful and knowledgeable, excellent communicator with great problem-solving skills. I give this a 5 star rating even though the 30 year old washing machine was unsalvageable and we had to pay for that diagnosis. I really value his recommendation to buy a new machine as being the most reliable next step for our needs. He even shared insights for our shopping expectations. Pleased with our outcome.
