"I called his place because my registration hadn’t come in the mail yet and I needed an inspection sticker, they confirmed with me that they could provide an inspection over the phone so I took the drive to the shop. When I arrived the man at the front desk was not only rude but aggressive (not the way I wanted to start). After providing him with the old registration and paperwork from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts stating that my registration was valid he tells me that I can no longer get an inspection and I would have to wait until my registration came in the mail. Huge waste of time and very poor customer service . I wouldn’t record place recommend this place to anyone I care about."
