"I had an appointment to have my oil changed at 10am. I dropped my car off at 9:45am.I was told the price of the oil change just went up that day. Fortunately I printed out the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. I was told it would take about an hour. I said I would be back around 1pm to pick up my car. I was delayed and arrived at 3:30pm. I was then told my car has not been started but is next in line. This was extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional. I wold never use this company again. They are extremely unprofessional and shady at best."

I ended up leaving because my car needed way more work than I anticipated. The guy was great. They have a customer for life once I get my head around what to get done.
