"Staff is always friendly when they help you. They’ll suggest items if you ask for input. They try to bring a few sizes out if they don’t have yours or if they have personal experience on a shoe you haven’t tried yet."

"Passed by the store and knew exactly what I wanted. Came back and grabbed the shoe from the display and asked to try a couple of different sizes. Was met with blank faces from three different sales associates. After a few awkward seconds, one of the associates said “sureee” as if I was a nuisance. None of them seemed happy to be there, entirely unenthusiastic that I was in the store (mind you, no one else was in and it was 12 in the afternoon). Satisfied with the shoes, not very much with the store experience. Never had this happen before in any other Vans stores I’ve been to, probably won’t go back to this one. Vans are amazing and I will never turn my back on them! Just hope that these ladies learn some good manners, *que Miranda Priestly* that’s all… ✨"

"It's Vans what can I say? Nice and helpful customer service. Great selection of men/woman's and boys clothing. Huge selection of shoes kids through adult sizes. I got sick deals in Feb."

"The displays are clean and neat, the clothes are top notch, the staff is incredibly helpful but those prices.. Those friggen prices. I'm a vans guy, I love the clothes, the look the feel, I have a bit of it but if you're not looking to spend +$239 on four articles of clothing and a pair of kids shoes then don't go here. Store is phenomenal so is the staff, just wish as button up wasn't $70. Woof."
