"What happened to this place? I used to work here 10+ years ago and it was great but every time I go now, it's terrible. It's always impossible to find someone to help you, which is saying something for a store that is never busy. When you do track down one of the teenagers, they act bothered. None of them know what they are doing either. (This is not in reference to the Pink store, where I would expect such things.) On top of the fact that the quality sucks, today was the last straw. I walked out and went straight to Soma, where they were great. Lifelong customer lost."

"Great deals going on right now. It was 7 pair of underwear for 35$ and honestly that is a really good deal. Didn't get a chance to exchange my Very Sexy colonge because I didn't get my receipt. I mean it says where it's from on the bottle, why do I need a receipt to exchange it??"
"My daughter and I drove almost 2 hours to get to Victoria's Secret. We had to find someone to measure us. She measured us in the middle of the store which we were kind of uncomfortable with. She then told us some sizes to try on but didn't offer to help us. But started getting bras for others who came in after us. We tried on some, but she was gone when I came out. I asked the other worker if she could help me. Not sure if she was new or not but she didn't seem to want to. I asked if she could get the other girl and she didn't know where she went and made no effort to help me. So I searched her out again to ask a few questions. She told me a needed a different size but they don't carry that and I would have to order online. However, I found that size in only 2 options online but reviews were not good about sizing being accurate so I wouldn't purchase them. My daughter's size wasn't quite right and I bought her 2 that are too tight and are rubbing under her arms now. The worker was friendly but just wasn't very attentive. Unfortunately, after being a customer of Victoria's Secret for 16 years, I probably won't return."
