"The elevator and both escalators were not working. Only one escalator was open to be used as stairs, and I believe it said that people who needed an elevator, like those in wheelchairs or with strollers, would have to use the freight elevator. The upstairs was not worth the walk up. It was so empty, I overheard people saying it looked like they were going out of business. I would say it was not worth the trip."
"My fiance and I stay on call everywhere he goes as he is working long distance. He was at lunch and during his trip to Macy's he and his coworker were heavily racially profiled and followed. They had a wonderful experience and found what they needed. I hear his coworker bought everything off of the mannequin. At one point they asked for my opinion and we video chatted. I saw 3 strangers come up to them like they were circus attractions. Employees watched from behind racks. And did not leave their vicinity. I find it hard to believe they had over two hours of free time to watch these two gentlemen shop. The purchase was over $500 and counting, as they went back when they realized they had forgotten something. Do better Macy's and train your staff to not racially profile. I assure you they can afford anything in the store. Learn to recognize blue collar attire and understand the money behind, it if you can't simply learn to ignore the color of one's skin."
"I love this place. I use to think this place was really expensive, but they're always having deals there that make it cheaper than anywhere else. Especially on jewelery! I was shocked! Plus the staff there are extremely helpful, friendly & energetic! Thanks, Macy's crew!"

"Checking out couch ideas for the new living room. Macy's is the first place I check and has always been the last place I go! Love these. I bought my leather sectional 11 years ago, moved multiple times and this couch still looks like new. Macy's might be a higher price then the big box stores but the price you pay up front saves you money for many years to come."
