"Good Store, terrible staff. Pretty disgusting that management has gotten multiple complaints from victims who have come forward about an associate doing despicable things on and off the clock and proceed to do nothing. Aunia the manager protects this man even after receiving multiple complaints. Extremely rude and definitely has little customer service attributes. Multiple people feel unsafe shopping at this location due to this associate. Disgusting, Disgusting and Disgusting. Glad to see managers like Aunia care more about “running a business” than the safety of their customers."

"Not to sound like Karen, but I am disappointed. I placed an online order for pickup. Hours later after receiving no confirmation email I stopped at the store. Turns out the order had "just showed up on the screen", unlikely considering I placed the order hours prior. The associate also had to cancel my order because one of the items had sold. Now I'm waiting for my refund. They simply charged my debit card and failed to fulfill my order. I should've just went to the store directly, this in store pickup is a joke and Zumiez has wasted my time and money. I am calling to formally complain as well."
