"I recently visited the North Conway Michaels and worked with Richard and the store manager, Shaun/Sean/Shawn (not sure on spelling). They spent significant time with me and my husband working out how to proceed with a very challenging framing project. They went significantly above and beyond to help us think through various options, even when they knew the project might end up being too expensive for us to pursue at this time. When we do decide to move forward with our project, we will definitely drive out of our way to get the project done at this particular Michaels with Richard. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store. My parents live in the area and shop here frequently. Richard framed several pieces for my father and one for my husband. He was detail oriented, professional and cheerful. The work done was excellent both my father and husband loved how everything turned out. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and helpful.
