"I had the rudest experience with Tanya at the North Conway, NH store. I was appalled by the way she spoke down to me when I asked about using an advertised coupon. Her reply was so condescending and unprofessional. I was basically treated like I shouldn't have been shopping there if I "needed to use a coupon". I purchased the item even though she would not honor the coupon, but ended up returning it shortly afterwards. I could not justify doing business in an establishment after having been treated so rudely by store staff. They lost a good sale that day, and a long time customer after that experience."
