"Got my daughter fitted for a bra and found one, bought it Saturday 7/14/18, spent $42 on that bra for her ti wear it for 8 hours and it breaks. The strap broke in the rear that connects to the back. I sent my husband and daughter for the return to this store where we purchased it and the girls working there were so rude . They told my husband that they would not return it or refund it because it had been worn. Over looking the fact that it is clearly defective. My husband asked for a manager and there reply was that there is not one and not sure when there will be one hereafter my husband told me all this I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, I was then talking to a woman named Bonnie who said she was a manager and when I asked the 3rd time so you are a manager I finally got the truth after treating her like a three year old. So I have had to call corporate to complain about the defect as well as the unprofessional customer service reps working that store and lying to me by saying your something your clearly not. I will never ship there again. There is a maidenform outlet store right around the corner. I did get some closure when calling corporate though."
