I ordered shoes, but they were defective and although it’s not my fault, I have to send them the defective shoes, and there is no exchange - I need to re-order and pay for the shoes again. Delivery took a long time, and today I waited all day for delivery and they didn’t arrive, but noted that I was not at home and I needed to pick up the package. This is my worst experience, customer care is useless, they only repeat that they are sorry, but they can’t do anything - no exchange due to their fault, only re-ordering and no communication, you have to do everything yourself. I spoke with them 4 times and nothing."
