"I am a fan of crocs and my daughters wears them all the time also. I got a pair of sandals when we were there over April vacation. I bought the same size as my other pair. When I later tried them on, they were too small. I am over an hour and a half away. My mom went there last weekend and tried returning them. Most stores can credit the card just from the receipt. She was told it had to be a gift card or exchanged for another size. I would have even given my card number over the phone. They said they couldn't do it. I work in retail and I can refund a card and take cards over the phone. Poor system on their part."
"There were two amazing ladies who helped my youngest find crocs her size, pick them out, and helped put those Croc Charms on them (what up, Doctor Who croc lady in particular). My child was certain of what she wanted, and was very talkative. They were super patient and engaged with her the entire time while handling other customers with aplomb. Give these ladies a raise, yo! (Please and thank you!)"
