"Average smoke shop, it would be nice if they had more of a variety of products but its not that big of a deal, there are other smoke shops where I can get things. I would give this place a 3.5 if google allowed it but the main thing that lowers my score is the staff. Some of the staff are nice, helpful, and will explain things to you and others are super rude, unhelpful, and give off the feeling they don't want you to be in the store."

"Visited this store first time today. Nice surprise, had everything I wanted and a very helpful salesperson, Rob. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Big difference from the service I got at Blue Moon in Watertown, the girl talked to someone else the whole time she waited on me. Seemed like unfriendly bad manners to me. I will definitely be visiting Rob on Moody Street from now on. Thank you Rob! ✌️ Go Yankees! Returned today 10/29/22… Brandon and Rob were super helpful and friendly! Thanks guys!"

"I went into this location to see if I could exchange the marijuana cartridge that I had gotten on Friday . When I opened it . It was defective, I left for vacation so I couldn’t return it right away , the kid working told me that something was stuck , i explained that I had put my own cartridge in but when I went to hit it , it didn’t work . He was extremely rude . Just refused to exchange it like I broke it or something . I looked on the website and that’s not a return policy ( that I can find ) . Really frustrating!!!! So now I don’t have one after purchasing and couldn’t exchange it . Horrible customer service!!!!"

"Friendly staff, huge selections, and affordable prices too! Kevin was super knowledgeable with all of their CBD products. He was also very patient with me and answered all of my questions confidently. Parking can be a little bit difficult on Moody street but other than that, Great shop!"
