"This company is the WORST!! Absolute scam and sketchy. Do not hire them to clean your pool! They will ruin it. We have a brand new pool. They charged us $1100 for chemicals and pool cleanings. The cleaners came 3 times, after each time we had to call and say our pool wasn’t cleaned at all. We were home for one of the cleanings, they spent 15 mins, didn’t empty any filters, didn’t vacuum, just pushed any leaves on the sides into the middle of the pool. After the 3rd time of this happening ($150) each time and us complaining each time, they sent out the manager to confirm it wasn’t cleaned at all. We asked for a full refund and they refused. We paid for a service they didn’t perform yet refused to refund us. We have since hired another company and the difference in service is night and day. Our pool is spotless each time. They also confirmed they charged us for enough chemicals for a commercial pool. They are unethical, scam artists and terrible at their job and customer service. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!"

"These guys rock! We had a somewhat small job of adding a pool railing to the stairs of an existing inground pool to makes things safe for my elderly mom. Kevin and the service department were receptive to our needs and found a way to work us into their very busy schedule. They were flexible about the kind of railing we needed and very prompt and timely in the scheduling. My dad said the crew was very efficient and did a great job. This is high praise indeed. I will be forever grateful to Aqua Paradise for the peace of mind they provided me about my folks. They made the difference between a pool being something to look at and one two 90 year olds can use. Wonderful company!"

"I've lived in New Hampshire for 2 years now and inherited a pool from the previous owner. Our experience with aqua paradise pools have been poor. Follow up and customer service is below average and unsatisfactory. After this summer, our liner separated from the pool and we had aqua paradise pools come out and look at it. They stated they were unable to fix it the next day me and my brother fixed it ourselves. I feel like Instead of doing the job they were trying to up sell the service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. we now use a company in Lawrence Massachusetts to do our pool stuff because they are prompt and more customer oriented."

"Kudos to the team from Aqua Paradise Pools & Spas. I visited all the local competition in the area and no one matched the knowledge and helpfulness better than Aqua Paradise. It made our decision very easy when we decided to purchase. A few years later we had an issue with the tub and having a party the next day which was on the weekend, there was no hesitation for a service member to respond to the issue immediately. The party went on as scheduled. I could not have asked for any more. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
