"Wanted to share my recent experience with the Portsmouth location. Had popped in the store yesterday afternoon after lunch as my better half indicated she loved the clothing line. The intent was to buy her any/all items that caught her eye. Buy her things that she would not normally purchase for herself. I must say the feeling in the store was cold and impersonal. Definitely not the ideal shopping atmosphere. While giving my opinion on the items my partner was trying on, a woman, I assume she was the manager (Bernadette) asked me 3 or 4 times if I needed help and each time I answered that I was helping my partner shop. Thinking to myself "go find something else to do". At checkout my girl and I were having a conversation with the woman that was ringing us up and Bernadette happened to be at the counter. Although she was not a party to our conversation, she must not have liked something I said as she gave me a look and walked away from the counter. Thinking to myself, don't you have something to fix or fold? We left purchasing only several items as I couldn't wait to get out of the store. I was more upset that my partner did not have the experience shopping in the store that I hoped for. You'd think that a store that sells overpriced sweat pants and tops would at least be staffed by positive energetic people. Not a good look Athleta."

"We tried to run in to get a specific shirt at 10 minutes before close, door was unlocked. We walked in and were told to leave because they “were about to close” and were told to leave."

"I drive down from Naples Maine to come to this store...I don't know why at this point,rude girls there,Not one person acknowledged me nor asked if I needed help.I have a 1000 dollar gift card from my husband for Christmas ,will Def spend on line ,but won't shop your company again."
