"Have been going here for over 25 years back when they were nwxt to Market Basket across the way. Staffing shortages are the main culprit for the low review. People are super nice, but cant ivercome staffing short falls. Have at times waited fir 3 days to get a prescription refilled. Was just in to pick up a refill phone in yesterday morning and was told it may take till tomorrow to be ready. Unacceptable! One can't help but wonder if the corporates financial woes caused by ongoing litigation over opiate lawsuits may play a hand in the culture of this location. Low pay and minimal wage increases may be the blame. Can't really recomend."

"My gramma came here to get her meds and she has to wait two and half hours, but it was still not ready. Two days later she had to get another medication and that took another hour and half. The Doctors called it in immediately, but Rite Aid pharmacy took their time and were very inefficient. Changing my pharmacy to Walmart."

"I'll start by saying, this location has a lot going for it and is better than any other pharmacy I've ever had. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I always find what I need. However, they are terribly understaffed which causes many issues. You can end up waiting in line for over 15 minutes at the drive through window, and don't even try calling them. Everytime I have ever called, it rings five times, then sends me right back to the start menu. They don't have enough staff to even answer the phones they're so busy and overworked. I hope corporate can get their act together and increase pay for these workers, as well as hire more. I'm disappointed by that aspect, but everything else is fantastic. I will go to them ALWAYS - rather than going to the nightmare that is a Walmart pharmacy."

"Erin at the pharmacy ignored 7 of my calls and then put me on hold for 15 minutes twice never to help, when I drove the 45 minutes there she was rude and said it’ll be an hour, I mentioned I called just to see if idk perhaps they could be of use and they berated my partner and said you’ll get it when you get it and it wasn’t here you called we always answer, strange Erin answered the number I called soon after. I hope her life gets better and rite aid pays more and hires more because clearly Erin needs some help"
