"I was very disappointed with my order. First I had to wait a half hour for my order. After getting home the pie was cold and had less than a cup of filling in the pie. I order a side of biscuits and they forgot to. Put them in my bag. I used to love their chicken pot pies, but won’t be ordering there again. I was surprised when I got there because there wasn’t a line at the drive up and it was lunchtime. After getting my order I now know why people aren’t going there anymore."

"This has got to be the worst KFC I have ever been to. When we arrived, there were 2 people hanging out by the front door smoking weed. We went inside, and the person at the counter was clueless. Her very long hair was coming out of her bun under her hat. The person who I assume was the supervisor because she was yelling at the others was wearing a hood with the hood up, which she kept touching with her gloved hands. Did not change her gloves even after she handled cash. It took forever for our order to be ready. When we got our order home, the chicken was dry and tasted like old cooking oil. The potatoes and gravy were watery. The biscuits were hard, and they forgot our condiments. Won't ever go back."

"I should've drove off, as soon as I saw the barbeque sauce smeared on the window and a sign that said they don't refund because they guarantee your order is correct. Seems like a scam. I ordered a Classic chicken sandwich and 3 tenders. This is what I got, also the chicken tenders not pictured were the same size. It would've been appreciated if they just said they were out of the chicken."

"Im sooo let down. Order the new chicken wraps to try, was very excited. And this is what i got after a long long wait. All of my wraps look like this. Just no care or effort. Tastes just how it looks. Disappointing. This is it untouched, just opened the wrapper."

"I can’t even begin to rate this place right now I have called twice the second time I did get to speak to Luigi the manager and he says could you hold for a second while I take care of this order so I was like yeah and what does he do he just leaves me hanging there for almost 10 minutes while there’s joking and laughing and everything in the background so I did not get any response out of the store at all I will be also posting this to Facebook and any other media cites in the Auburn, Lewiston area that I can because it was burnt food dried out chicken everything was just totally disgusting the rolls were so gross they could be thrown up against the wall and they would bounce off. OK that’s all I got to say for my 25 dollars that I spent there. goodbye"
