"Quite literally a 50/50 shot if your order will be correcr. I ordered 8 items tonight and only got 4. Out of the 4, 2 were not correct. This has happened several times before. I understand short staffing but tell the customer there was a issue and refund items stop just hoping they will not notice! I tried to go back inside and have it corrected but with 5 other people waiting in the lobby it wasnt worth my time. What a waste!"
"This place is absolutely disgusting and ghetto. They are a bunch of teenagers that like to sit on their phone. I order 2 5 craving box’s and it took over 25 minutes to get my food. The lobby is completely trashed and tables are dirty and took another 10 minutes for me to even order my food. Worst PLACE ever!!!"
"Im not impressed. I went in tonight to pick up an order for delivery, the girl up front tells me she’ll be right with me. Time goes on, and I’ve been waiting for the order to pick up that I can clearly see on the pickup rack behind the counter that I can’t reach. 10 minutes go by as I watch her take care of everyone in the drive through, and obviously prioritizing them. I had to speak up in order for her to even tend to me, and she pretended like I didn’t exist and that I was the biggest inconvenience in the world. All she had to do was hand me the orders. An absolute lack of customer service and certainly problematic for the rest of us just trying to do our jobs."
"Andrew has been working there a long time and you can tell he takes pride in his work! If he is not the manager he should be! The only time I am satisfied with my food and service is when Andrew is on staff, and that is not a lie!"
"Maybe I'm old fashioned, but not having anyone at the counter doesn't seem like a great way to serve customers - especially when one places an online order and generally has to 20-30 minutes longer than the suggested pickup time, and a crowd forms in the lobby waiting for help. This has happened, without fail, every time I've ordered online from this location. Additionally, on at least 7-10 occasions in the past year, the store couldn't even make my order because they didn't have ingredients/items - ingredients like chicken, or tortilla. Or cups. Or bags. And, your online order can't be made because there aren't enough ingredients, you won't be told unless you flag an employee down to help. Sorry folks, I'm done."
