Domino's Pizza

"Extremely high prices for food, delivery took over an hour, driver forgot an item. When called about it, was only given the choice to have it delivered way later, or a credit on my account. Sad thing is when I choose to get a credit I pay an additional delivery fee(Which with the current ordered is already paid once). When I choose to get it delivered I wait over an hour likely for that item, it was already 10pm (ordered at 9pm), I would not be willing to wait until 11pm for the item to arrive. I should have been offered a refund for the item. But it seems this company really would care less about your food because it was cold or delivery time, or even the fact that only four items off their menu is costing me 50 dollars. I would not recommend this place at its current state. Thus I will be going else where."

"This was probably the best pizza and buffalo chicken from dominos I've ever had. Maybe because it is was fresh out of the oven but it was delicious! I ordered extra mushroom on mine with Alfredo sauce and steak, there weren't many mushroom on it though, like two pieces a slice, but it is was still delicious. :) we also got a simple pepperoni pizza and it hit the spot :) also the cinnamon/garlic parm bites were so good. the highlight was the buffalo chicken tho!!! thank you!!"

"Ordered online pizza and tots. Went in and asked if the order was ready. I was told no, and it would be a while. Requested for some idea on a while and was told a while. Weny to DQ and returned, it was still not ready, and it would be a while. Requested refund and after refund was compled food was ready so we rebought it. If we had been told what a while was, we would have been better served. Also, we requested parmesaen topping for crust, and it was not added."

"Was fairly fast .. the feeling of not being welcome was a bit strong towards me... I had a hiking bag on when I went in to order. Maybe I gave them the impression of being homeless??? I'm not sure, but it was uncomfortable till I paid my bill... Also, I couldn't find any prices inside the Auburn maine store, so ordering anything blind is bad in .my opinion"

"Second time now I've tried to order online and the order doesn't go through but takes my money for a week with the pending transaction hold. When I had called about it over a month ago they were aware of it and said it had happened to multiple customers; so If it's still not fixed a month later why are you still allowing people to order online? Manager lied at the Auburn Maine store the last time and said our money would be back at midnight but it took a week and now here we go again over $60 bucks that I can't touch until your websites mistake fixes itself"
