"Lobsters were so small, fresh but not worth the cost. Chowder was tasty but lacking ingredients. Corn was not sweet it wasn't good corn. Clams were a throwback didn't eat them. Service was great from the boat caption to the young guy waiting our table. Would recommend for the whole experience but not exclusively for the food!"
"Cabbage Island Clam Bake was a great experience! My dad has been going for years and finally brought us along for the ride. The boat tour to the island was fun and relaxing with some interesting facts about the area on the way. As we pulled in you could see the staff cooking a feast on the shoreline. There was a small hiccup with table reservations but things happen. We ended up eating an incredible feast with great views of the water topped off with a nice sunset and the best blueberry cake desert thing I've ever had. The staff and owners were super friendly and accomodating as well as the many cats that roam the island. After dinner we walked off some weight with some exploring around the island. What a beautiful place! Wish we could stay longer. Altogether it was a great time and memories were made. We will definitely be back!"
"It was a beautiful boatride to the island. The waiters were all very nice. The island itself was absolutely beautiful. My only issue, for someone who had never been there before, there was no instructions. What to do, where to go for the food, how long we had. The chowder was ok at best. The steamers were sweet and delicious. The corn over steamed and unfortunately the Lobsters were not sweet at all. I don't know if I would do it again."
"It's one of the best excursions I've ever been on. Wayne and Bob got around and spoke to all, as others grilled an incredible lobster/clam feast. And to top it off, it was on a beautiful island after a boat trip that allowed us to see seals, gorgeous houses, and a rocky coast meant for Norman Rockwell paintings. I'd highly recommend this trip and look forward to doing it again."
