"No Paninis or fancy lemonades...the only things I remember Panera for and gone. The heated ham was perfectly fine, but with the skinny bread used as the free rolls for 16" sandwich that they don't cut in half. Mango smoothie good for chain shop. Odd that door dash orders not put on the rack labeled internet orders, or name tracked on screen, only their app orders, yours just put on counter."

"Highly recommend this Panera location near the intersection of 95 and 495 in Southern New Hampshire. Rapid pickup order was fulfilled quickly (less than 10 minutes) and accurately and tasted great. The interior of the store was very clean and updated and the staff was friendly and responsive."

"Went in today with my wife and son, left appalled and dismayed. The workers were exceedingly unpleasant, especially the head honcho who appeared to be called, Melissa. If you ever need a lesson in eye rolling, I’d call her. Not one customer got away unscathed from the wrath of Melissa’s vicious distaste for us Panera goers. In a way, I got to hand it to her, I’d rip someone’s head off if they asked me for a mayo packet too. Won’t be returning to this location."

"It's a Panera... Food and atmosphere is always the same, that's a subjective pro. This location uses digital kiosks to place orders/pay, I think maybe you could talk to someone if you wanted though? Food comes out at a separate window. I didn't hate it, and overall good experience"

"As a disabled person, this is a hard establishment to get into. The door is set at an angle that someone with mobility issues or a wheelchair can not navigate easily at all. Most of the employees are kurt to the customer and sound like the customer are there just to ruin their day. The customer in front of me was trying to get her money out and the cashier was visibly agitated and snappy to the customer for taking her time. The tea however is yummy. I like to go there and sit in the sun and read my magazines but do not like to be subjected to the rudeness of the employees or the inability to get in and out of the door easily or safely."
