"Good store with lots of great product. However, I will never bring my pet to their pet washing station at the Seabrook NH location ever again. The room looked like it hadn’t been clean in a long time. Dog hair everywhere. In the baths, on the floor, and on the drying table. While we were washing our dog we noticed a lot of water filling up on the floor, turns out the pipe to drain the tub was broken and was spilling water all over the ground. Clearly there is not much maintenance of the pet washing station. Our furry friends deserve better!"

"JC the store manager is really helpful and knowledgeable about chickens. Went in when my chicken wasn’t feeling well and he recommended a supplement for her. She’s back to her normal self today. Really appreciative of the help I get when I’ve gone in there."

"Love this store! It’s super clean, every time we go in the manager is at the front super friendly and interacting with all the customers and employees. Today we went in to get a few more chicks and ducks to add to our flock and we were helped by McKenzie who was kind, patient (we had our little kids and dog w/ us so it was a little chaotic) and super helpful. I had a ton of questions about feeding and a few other things and she truly went above and beyond with recommendations. She also pushed the cart for us since we were wrangling the kids and dog and even offered to help us out to the car. Overall a 10/10 experience that makes me want to come back over and over!"
