"Lots of product but not a lot of organizing. No signage of what Alexis where on the shelves and I found multiple instances of rum for example being in 3 totally different areas."

"Each time I’ve been here, the woman at the counter was just a rude, useless, miserable person. You’d think her job description says “stand there and act stupid. Customers are an inconvenience to you.” It’s one thing to only put in the effort that reflects your pay, it’s a whole other to just be down right miserable to people for no reason other than you’re a miserable person. Needless to say, I never end up buying anything because I’m not spending money at a place where the standards for human kindness is nonexistent. I’ll go all the way to Latham instead, far more worth it."

"I work right next door so it’s very convenient For me to purchase drinks there. so I always go and spend so much money on drinks, Especially on pay day. Also, they have great wine selections and is very affordable. However, The lady that is always at the front counter, she shouldn’t be there Because she have the most nastiest attitude. Furthermore her customer service really sucks. My philosophy has always been if you don’t like your job, get another one but don’t come to work and be nasty to customers because you’re miserable. Every time I go in there and ask her for directions on Where to find what I’m looking for she’s always so rude and aggressive with her directions But yet I kept going back because like I said before it’s convenient. But yesterday I had it with her and I had to tell her my piece of mind. Don’t go here guys it’s not worth it they don’t appreciate your business and in my opinion the owner should give lessons on better customer service."

"Good selection, fair prices! The store is small so it can feel very crowded but the staff points me in the right direction if I’m looking for something specific"

"I’ve been here once and it was a normal store, normal selection, normal checkout with a very nice man who was very kind to my kids. However, I called just a little bit ago asking if they carried a certain wine. The man answering the phone was unfriendly from the moment he picked up but when I told him the name of the wine he goes “WHO??” EXTREMELY RUDELY, as if i was asking him a horrible weird question. I repeated the name of the wine and even the color bottle it’s in ( It was a simple Caposaldo Moscato, it’s not like I was asking him to buy it for me) and he said “nah” and just about all but hung up on me. I won’t be going here anymore if that the way they treat customers who are just asking a general question. Disappointing."
