"This is a review for Boisson's online order and delivery options - I ordered online and selected an option for same day delivery in Brooklyn. The end of the day passed without any updates or a delivery, so I contacted customer service the next day. I received an email saying I'd get my order later that day. It never came, so I followed up again the day after, only to get an email that my items were out of stock. After several days of this back and forth, I requested a refund and it was processed. I really want more 0 ABV businesses to succeed, so I was really disappointed by this experience. If you need a few days to make deliveries, that's perfectly fine, just don't promise unrealistic windows (or inaccurate stock information) on your website. I hope their leadership takes these issues seriously and improve their delivery options."

"I just went in to check the place out. I ended up buying some good non alcoholic sparkling wine. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable and welcoming. I'm currently pregnant I appreciated how he was honest with me on the wines I can have vs. couldn't. I will be returning again and attending one of the events they plan."

"People who prefer a non-alcoholic drink do so for various reasons, and I get why someone might want a non-booze mood booster, but when I asked about something that was safe for someone in recovery, the sales associate handed me a bottle with wormwood in it. I turned it down, and she suggested another brand. When I go to a restaurant that has liquor in the dishes or dessert I always ask “would you serve this to a toddler” to get a gauge of how boozy it is, and when I got home I noticed this label (pictured) on the bottle. This is not a drink that is safe for someone who is an alcoholic/addict in recovery, or for anyone who does not take mood-altering substances. am glad i did not drink it but I wish I hadn’t been sold it in the first place. 2 stars because I did like the green tea/orange drink that was also recommended for me. Just a bummer about the first one."
