"I called for an estimate on putting in a floor. A living room only. I have my furniture moved already and put on one side of the room, 7 pieces only. They told me it would cost 500.00 to move furniture when I already did it. All they have to do is move it from one side of the room to other to finish the floor. I will put the furniture back in place. This was a red flag for me. Don’t go here."

"Our experience with them started great. The woman was really helpful in choosing a floor. We were told they will call when the floor gets to the warehouse. After us calling them for weeks they said they found the order and it had been sitting in the warehouse for several weeks. We ordered a Mannington floor and we were told that it came with a 50 year warranty. While installing the floor, we realized several of the planks were defective as they didn’t have a complete finish on them. There was a line where the finish stopped. We brought the tiles back to floors and more and they just said we will have the Mannington rep call you. The rep has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I just think it’s hilarious that they are telling customers about a 50 year warranty when they can’t even fix something after five days!"
