"Very difficult to work with. If they make suggestions and you turn them down or question them, it can make for a very rough selection process. Also, the sample board that they sent me home with and that I loved, they could not provide the full sized subway back splash tiles so I had to go to the little three by sixes. When they told me they didn't have my floor tiles in 12 x 12, I reluctantly agreed to 12 x 24s and regretted it as soon as the floor was down. A 40 plus year old house can have bends and bumps in joists and floors and when the tiles aren't one hundred percent flush from end-to-end and corner to corner, Cloutier points fingers and accepts no responsibility.
