"I am very pleased with the customer service, that I have received at Shepley Wood Products, located in Hyannis, MA. I went to the Shepley Showcase to view Andersen Storm doors. Jeannette Kende is the salesperson that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and polite. She explained the different options available and I decided on two Andersen Series 10 storm doors with the retractable screen. Her customer skills are remarkable. She followed up with the installation department. The two storm doors were installed by a very qualified, polite crew, shortly thereafter. I recently experienced some issues with one of the door closers and the screen pull on one of the doors. I contacted Jeannette and she promptly contacted the service department. Shortly thereafter, I received a voicemail from Mark Hambly, the Service Manager at Shepley Wood Products. I was very impressed with his very kind and considerate message. I called him back and set up a time for him to come out and inspect the storm doors. Unfortunately, I was off Cape and couldn’t be there. He said that he didn’t need access to the inside of the house. He would call me, when he was at the house. He called as promised and explained in detail, what repairs were needed. The hydraulic closer had failed and needed to be replaced. The screen pulls needed a different type of screw. He told me that he would order the new hydraulic closer and contact me for an installation date. Meanwhile, he fixed the screen pulls and made some repairs, so the front storm door opened and closed, even though he removed the defective hydraulic closer. He followed up with a very detailed email, with many pictures. He told me that all the repairs were covered by the warranty. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service. He called a few days later to set up a day to install the new hydraulic closer. He called me that day, to inform me that live electrical wires had been knocked down in the storm by falling trees and the smoking and sparking wires were lying on the gate, blocking my private road. I thanked him and told him that that I would call Eversource to repair the wires. The wires were repaired the same day. Mark returned the next day to complete the repairs. I called to thank him again for letting me know about the wires and for such a pleasant repair experience. He said that he was just doing his job. I told him that he deserved to be recognized for providing quality repairs in a kind and considerate manner. I highly recommend Shepley Wood Products to anyone looking for new Andersen storm doors or windows. See Jeannette at the Shepley Showcase. If you ever need repairs, ask for Mark Hambly. "Kudos to Shepley Wood Products of Hyannis for excellent customer support. Mark Hambley, the Service Manager/Technician, came to our rescue. We had a new, very expensive Anderson French Door installed by a local contractor that would not latch and leaked right from the start. When our local contractor dropped the ball on the repair, Mark as the representative for Shepley (the distributor of the product), made multiple visits to our home to diagnose, then communicate with our contractor, and ultimately spent a day to uninstall, then properly re-install the door.
