"Tom, Pam and the entire design team at Paul Rich & Sons Home Furnishings + Design are amazing. The beautiful show room, the quality of product and the care given to our family for over 30 years is immeasurable. During tax free weekend we bought new furniture for our home in the Berkshires and our home in Charleston. Our well appointed home has Paul Rich & Sons furniture in every room."
"Never felt looked down upon more in my life. A short back story, our house was flooded after a bad roofing job and we have to refurnish our entire house after the construction is completed in April. We were out on a casual day yesterday (3/20) and decided to stop in and look around. Maybe it was how we were dressed or because we look “young” and had our daughter with us, but 2 of the women looked up when we walked in and didn’t even bother to greet us. A 3rd woman came from the back and greeted us and right from the start seemed to be trying to convince us that we wouldn’t be able to afford anything there, although she did let us know to check out the “clearance items”. We were instructed to walk around and get some ideas and they could possibly come up with a “discount package” because they like to try and “accommodate all income levels”. Meanwhile there was a couple from NY in their 50/60’s dressed nicely and they were being waited on hand and foot by TWO associates and we couldn’t even get help from 1. My wife and I make a combined income of well over 6 figures (not to mention our insurance will be cutting a check for most of the furniture). We might not make as much as some of their customers, but we are far from broke and should not have been treated to feel this way. We packed it up and left without so much as a “thank you” or “goodbye”. We will be taking our business elsewhere."
"Paul Rich helped us furnish our new home. One can find every price point and style. The staff, everyone from our Interior Designer to the delivery staff, has a "can do" attitude. Everything about working with Paul Rich exceeded our expectations. We look forward to our next project with Paul Rich."
"I can't say enough good things about my experiences over the years with Paul Rich & Sons. The quality of their product offering, commitment to customer satisfaction, and unique personal touch make this retailer the only place to go for high-end furniture in the Berkshires... and Beyond! (I once saw their delivery truck in Manhattan and realized that the secret was out.) Thanks to Tom and the rest of the team for always going above and beyond to make sure we're happy. That's why we keep coming back and always will."
"We ordered an expensive sofa from Paul Rich. It arrived earlier than expected so we left it covered with the plastic that it came with until we moved in to our new apartment. When we moved in we removed the plastic and found damage. We contacted Paul Rich & Sons and emailed them a photo of the damage. Two weeks later they sent someone to look at the damage and take more photos. We spoke to Tom Rich, the owner, and he tried to disclaim responsibility because we didn't report the problem sooner. He promised to call us a week and a half ago. It has been a month since we reported the problem and it is unresolved. Beware of this retailer. They are expensive and they don't stand behind the product they sell."
