"I had a great experience with this company. They delivered my water heater as soon as I ordered it in the store. The guy behind the counter (Mike- I think) was helpful and kind. The delivery guy was awesome as well, he brought the water heater on a dolly exactly where we needed it to go. This company's ordering and delivering process is much more fast and efficient than I have experienced at home depot. Thanks guys I will continue to use your services in the future. (This was my initial review but had to kick it down to 2 stars). I came back here for return business because my initial experience was so good but unfortunately I cannot say the same about my second time around. I asked about buying a water heater and asked if there was a cheaper model and he responded very rudely and unprofessionally. I won't return for any further business."
