"Arrogant staff, unfriendly, no knowledge of customer. I have been a local resident/customer of this company for 17 years now. I have bought numerous products from their stores in both Chatham and Hillsdale, including multiple Marvin windows, doors, paint and tiles. Their friendly, customer knowledgeable staff, Scott and Chris, disappear without explanation; arrogant staff (gal handling window orders must be a member of the owners family) remain on site. I called Chatham store this week about material for a current renovation; got referred to the Hillsdale store. Called that store; referred guy told me to go back to the Chatham store and ask to get a product sample on loan to show to the contractor (who has an account). Next day, went to the Chatham store; spoke to the guy in charge. Identified myself as the guy who called the previous day about a product. He remembered the call. Related my conversation with the Hillsdale branch. Requested the product sample to borrow. Guy in charge refused; told me to have the contractor make the request. Today, I went on line and spent a thousand dollars ordering the product from a business in Wisconsin."
