"Very warm and friendly staff! They do such a great job making my pup feel comfortable for baths and nail trimmings. She's absolutely terrified at home and you would think after multiple trips that she would be scared to go there, but she is always eager to see them despite her fear of water. That says a lot!"

"I was looking for a place to cut the nails of my nervous new adopted dog. They said walk-ins for nail trims are welcomed and I was seen the same day! I was greeted with smiles, and both my dogs seemed comfortable. The only issue was that they only took cash, so I had to go to the Walgreens ATM (2 min walk)."

"I would not suggest going to this place. We wanted to get our pomeranian groomed as we always do around this time of year. We went to this place because our usual place didn't have any appointments, and we needed to get her groomed for a special occasion. We asked for her fur to get cut short, although never to the point where it won't grow back. The woman who did the grooming told us that we couldn't get the cut that we wanted because it was considered animal abuse. We have NEVER had this problem at any other place before and we were simply bewildered that this woman was saying this to us. Not wanting to get into a confrontation, we told her to trim off what she believed to be acceptable. When we got our dog back, the woman had barely trimmed anything and charged us 75 dollars for doing essentially nothing. Then she goes on to tell us that our dog was crying out in pain and how she thinks she needs to be on pain medication. Now, our dog does have a leg that she hurt in the past and while she does nurse it, it's never a problem and she runs and plays with no issues. She never has problems with us touching her leg so the fact that this woman said she was crying simply tells me that she was being rough with our dog, who never normally has an issue. And we were very up front with our dog's injury. Again, our normal groomer never had any issues with working with and handling our dog's injury with care. This woman seemed like she didn't want to deal with an injured dog and did the bare minimal. Do not come here. You're better off going somewhere else."
