"Smells galore. Had to switch rooms, thankfully got one that didn’t smell but the hallway reeked of some unknown substance…I found scented gel beads in my room, I threw them away. No smiles upon check in, all of the guests were friendlier to those behind the desk checking us in than they were to us. Views included a large banking and the parking lot. I’ll be using the AirBnB I usually stay at for my work trips in the future. This was a one-and-done for me. No where near worth the money. Gross and smelly. Powdered eggs at breakfast. I checked out at 5:50 AM. Oh, I almost forgot the full-length mirror that faces the toliet. So if you like to watch yourself “go,” you’ll love it here!"
"I have one piece of advice for anyone who plans to room here. CHECK FOR BLOOD STAINS. CHECK FOR BEDBUGS. I stayed here for 2 nights last week for thanksgiving. On the first night I noticed a tiny blood stain on one of the bed sheets and when I reported it to the front desk I was told that they would be changed the next day since the staff had already left. I should have made a bigger fuss but at the time thought It wasn’t too much of an issue because the room we were in had an extra bed. First lesson: don’t take stains lightly. The next day, they still hadn’t changed the sheets so we asked for a room change and were upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately it was too little too late. I don’t know if that room also had a bug infestation but by the time I got home I had the craziest bed bug bites i could imagine. I NEVER got bitten by bed bugs before and I swear to you it’s not pleasant. One week later they’re still highly irritate, itchy and ginormous on my back, legs, arm, and face. I called the front desk when I noticed them and was told that the manager would call me back and issue a refund. The next day when the manager, Steven, called me he asked if I have any photos of bed bugs to which I replied no of course because I hadn’t realized I was bitten yet then proceeded to tell me the blood stain was actually food and there were no bed bugs to be found so I surely must have gotten bitten somewhere else. Furthermore, he claims that bed bug bites necessarily appear within 12 hours and you can’t really tell bed bug bites from anything else. He lied. The human body can take several days to react to bed bug bites bites and their pattern are extremely distinct because they appear in a zigzag pattern. No one else in my family with whom I spent the rest of my time with had this issue and I did not sleep or travel anywhere else where this could have happened. To be totally honest with you, I was willing to forgive the incident if it weren’t for the dishonesty, carelessness and sheer greed of Mr. Steven. I was sincerely not impressed by his lack of professionalism and how many maneuvers he made to maintain his hotels innocence in the whole situation. If you have to room here, check the beds (frankly when you go to any hotel you should check the beds) and if you can, just avoid it."
"What a great hotel!! This was a last minute stop as there was an approaching snow storm and I had over 6 hrs to get home. Happy to know I could get a room and get some good sleep. Not far from the airport and rooms were in great shape and clean. Breakfast served was awesome and the staff superior. I will be back when traveling north and will know I can stay here and get a good nights sleep and some great hospitality ♥️ Bucks County Bytes"
"Very very clean! I honestly get anxious about hotels (bedbugs, cleanliness), but can honestly say this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in a very long time. I notice everything- first, hair, dirty mirrors, fingerprints. I do bed bug checks and I always find something- be it a crumb, hair, unidentified objects. Not here. Very clean! I did notice the staff members cleaning and it looked like they do it as a team…? I overheard them giving each other feed back “Don’t forget to ….” I walked by them a few times and they didn’t seem rushed and were paying attention to detail. The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn breakfast- waffles, eggs, meat, yogurts, etc. The staff were very nice and attentive. For it being a completely booked hotel, it was nice and peaceful. I did see people coming and going but for the most part, I usually has the elevator to myself. I could hear conversations as they were coming down the hall but once people were in their rooms, super quiet. I even was concerned my tv might be too loud- I couldn’t hear anyone on either side of me. Very nice stay!"
"Where do I begin. If I could give negative stars I would. I booked 2 double rooms for a wedding and when I checked my reservation they were booked as kings. I called and tried to change the rooms to doubles as we had too many travelers for two kings. They bounced me from person to person over the phone and finally gave me a wrong email address of the person I should contact to change the room details. When I got a hold of this person she informed me that they had no double rooms available. At that time I added a third king to my reservation. When I got to the hotel to check in I was informed that there were 4 rooms reserved under my name. The women at the front desk rudely stated there was nothing she could do about it and I would have to wait until Danielle was back to sort the 4th room out. The front desk staff consistently yelled at each other in front of guests which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. We were then informed that they had no information regarding the shuttle that was scheduled to take us to the wedding venue. I had to check into my other two rooms later because they were not ready, When I did I took the keys so I could give one to my sister in law when she arrived. I was called by the front desk and was aggressively informed that I should have left the key at the front desk for my sister in law to pick up when she got there. Fast forward. My emails were not returned by Danielle before she left for 3 weeks and my credit card was charged for 4 rooms. I have called to speak with the General Manager numerous times and have yet to be refunded for the 4th room. He has informed me that he is still "looking into" the situation. Meanwhile, I have forwarded him the full conversation showing that I should only have 3 rooms on my reservation. This hotel has rude staff and is unacceptably mismanaged. I am still awaiting my refund for the overcharge on my credit card."
