"Have been going here for years. Was in a couple weeks ago and thought they were rude. The girl who did mine seemed way to rushed and they were not busy. Also purchased a gift certificate that day. Brings my change back and certificate and wouldn't give me 2 seconds to put the stuff in my pocketbook. Ready to kick me out of the chair. Won't be back."

"Long time customer and it would seem they have just fallen off , all the staff is extremely miserable , poor communication ; I would normally get a full set but I tried for a manicure because if you can’t get that right I wouldn’t trust you with a my money or my full set ; manicure completely sucked Ice cold water , didn’t listen to the shape I asked for , the massage was just lotion tossed on top of my hand without any real effort and the paint looked like my 12 year old did it . Not at all worth the money and honestly this isn’t for the owner to contact me it is just they suck now and it makes me sad because I’ve been coming her for over 12 years # don’t waste your money"

"I used to come here all the time but it’s gone downhill. I went here for a pedicure since I’m pregnant and my feet hurt. the girl who did mine felt so rushed and of course, she cut me. She didn’t even tell me she cut me either. I realized it when she dumped alcohol on my toe and it burned so bad and started bleeding. She didn’t even apologize! Not to mention, she left polish on the side of my toes. Also to add she didn’t even fill in my complete nail, which you can tell by the pic. I’m just super disappointed and definitely will not be coming back."

"I love JOY! She is the best! I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now. Everyone here is very nice and does a great job. The owners always work with you to give you what you want! They want you to leave happy. One time I didn’t like the ANC color I picked and she was really sweet and fixed it to another color so close to closing time. Joy listens to what you want and makes it happen."
