"The biggest compliment I can give is that Janelle gives you peace of mind. Anyone who knows me knows that this is huge. A few months ago, we went away for two nights for the first time since the pandemic began, and when we returned, our cat Gilbert showed signs of having had a major anxiety issue with us being gone. Our pets are our children, so we knew we had to do something before we tried to go away again. We found Janelle and scheduled a meeting and found her to be professional, caring, thorough, and assuring. She gave off a calming vibe of "I've got this. Your pets are safe with me. Go and have a good time." She took careful notes about what needed to be done while we were gone (Gilbert is diabetic), and asked questions to be sure she got everything right. While we were gone, she checked in with us to let us know the cats were well, and it really took a big burden off of our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy our hard-earned vacation.
