"Update November- Rude staff continue to fail to complete orders. Waited on hold 10 minutes with no answer. They literally cancel orders when they don't have the item in stock- rather than trying to get it or telling you its out of stock. Go elsewhere... ‐‐------------- My first encounter was a lady arguing with me about using a coupon (GoodRX). Cost me much more.. Finally decides to transfer today after being told a med was ready, then having it automatically canceled, then having to wait 45 minutes to get it. They were also rude.."

"I’ve been using this pharmacy for many many years and within the past year it has become so unreliable and tough to get prescriptions on time. They have changed their hours to extremely inconvenient times for people who work. Closed on Saturday & Sunday and closed at 7pm on weekdays. I literally have less than an hour window to pick up prescriptions now. Mistakes have been made with my prescriptions as well as waiting days for them to be filled even when its an urgent prescription. I dont think I can continue to go here even though its a very convenient location for me."

"We stopped here and even as a paying customer they would not allow us to use the bathroom. Walgreens corporate mandates locations allow customers access to facilities. One employee said they don't allow any customers use the facilities because bums were trashing it. Then the manager mentioned it was under construction but was obviously lying.... Seems very discriminatory. This place sucks, looked dirty anyways... bathrooms were probably disgusting."

"Unfortunately while this has great location I will be looking for another pharmacy. The drive thru was closed for seemingly months, yet even if nobody is in line they wouldn’t help you. If you’re sick I guess you’re just expect to go inside and spread it to everyone else because they won’t serve you in the drive thru. Prescriptions take much to get filled even if they tell you a certain time, and now they said they are closed Saturday and Sunday. This makes it almost impossible for people that work during the week to get their prescriptions."

"Had a prescription sent here. Day one of trying to pick up., went through the drive through at 9:15 am on the way to work. Sun said they opened at 9 am but they were closed. I was out of the medication that I need for a bad heart. Day 2 I go back again sign again said they were supposed to be open but again closed . I went into the store and they informed me due to staffing shortages they were closed and the day before had opened at 10 am . The end result is I had to have the prescription transferred to another store . It would have been nice if they posted the updated hours rather than let us guess when they might be open ."
