CVS Pharmacy

"Am writing an experience here as a former employee since I have complained to corporate many times about the treatment and unfairness of my other ex-coworkers. I was supposed to be transferred to a different CVS but never was because of my ex-manager and I even worked one day at the one I was supposed to be transferred to and was told by the manager there that she would keep it on record there and never was, so I basically worked for free and even made a case to corporate but they never called back. Also I still the same discount from when I was an employee. The unprofessionalism is real in this company. Also there were alot more bad reviews on this one but I guess yet again corporate hides everything under the rug."

"The pharmacy manager worked very hard to address the concerns of everyone while also taking time to keep her team on task. I wanted to write this survey to let you know how hard I saw her working in a very frenetic and busy pharmacy. She looks very overworked, yet still manages to work very hard to take care of everyone, despite the hurdles. I think she said her name was \"Eda\", I tried to look up the spelling online but could not find it."

"I recently went to CVS on 174 Main St Peabody,MA the pharmacist answered (3) phones politely put them on hold, went back to them and said she would be with them as soon as possible. Called over to Walgreens to transfer meds that I already requested be transferred (2) weeks ago, while waiting on hold with Walgreens helped another customer in person with her issue and resolved it, all with a smile. Ina, the pharmacist is an Angel on earth on a late Friday afternoon !"

"Give the Pharmacy a Big Raise ,as the hardest working group in the area . The save me time & money , they always are ready to help complete my order . I have a complicated medication regime and a lot of time the prescribing orders are not clear, They take amazing care of me. They Let me know if something is OFF , HANDLE IT & KEEP GOING WITH A SMILE. Even when they don't need to Even under duress, LONG LINES & SHORT STAFFED , every single encounter is 100% perfection"
