"The pharmacy lines are too long. Desk clerks have trouble finding prescriptions"

"Just went in trying to return a card ( birthday card) I bought a few days ago. I took out the card on the cashiers table said return this card please, while I was handing to her the receipt. Before I finish saying return please, this cashier woman with a nasty look at me barked: no card return! I was baffled asking why. She barked with even nastier look: “store policy, no return! “ Me: mm…store policy. She followed : “Corporate policy!” I am baffled why she seems just full of hatred toward a customer, not to mention I wonder if it is really CVS policy not allowing card returns. Then why there is no notice around the card section saying “ all card sales are final!” Did this store clerk just make the corporate policy because she hated me ( possibly just because my look)?!"

"Worst pharmacy I have ever done business with. They treat the customers like trash. I’ve seen it and been treated terribly myself. Take your business elsewhere!! BTW never the same people there for more than a month. What’s with that?"

"Disability accomodation: my husband needed a seat while the pharmacist was helping us. The pharmacist was professional, courteous, and sympathetic. He was not only helping us, he was also helping his coworkers and other customers. I'm amazed at his composure. Please give the pharmacy staff a raise, and A LOT OF SUPPORT, so they don't have to run themselves ragged to help us."

"The upside is that the pharmacists are always super nice, courteous, and willing to take the time to provide information about prescriptions and to answer questions. The downside of late is that I noticed a constant turnover of store employees at the pharmacy checkout. The past pharmacy checkout members would greet me with a smile, some would know me by name, and I would hear “It’s so nice to see you again”. I would announce my last name, spell it, announce my first name, spell it, and announce my birthdate (month and day) and the checkout clerk would immediately retrieve my prescriptions. The current pharmacy checkout members do not smile, NONE of them. Nobody makes eye contact. They stare at the screen in front of them. I try to make conversation and joke with these people, but I am ignored so I just get down to business and the same old routine. I give my last name, spell it, give my first name, spell it, and give my birthdate (month and day). After providing all this information while the checkout clerk stares at the screen, I am asked “Is your last name spelled with an “A” or an “E”? I am then asked, “Is your first name spelled with an “H” or an “E”? And then the kicker…I am asked, "When is your birthdate?” UGH! Was I talking to a wall? I think so. This happens every single time I go to get my prescriptions (I am not kidding). What happened to this store? It used to be so nice and friendly, now not so much, actually not at all. This is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this CVS pharmacy. Find another location. Their employees are rude (although the pharmacists are top notch)."
