"Based on the reviews , I thought this Marriott branch is good but I was very wrong, I booked room for 2 weeks but I checked out after first night , despite that the mattress was in bad shape , I saw 2 cockroaches in the middle of the night and the bedsheet wasn’t clean. I waited till morning and I went down to the front desk to complain , he has no reaction at all as if it’s normal , I asked to check out. It was very unprofessional , no apologizes , they gave me the bill and that’s it. Maybe it’s unbelievable but bad experience with Marriott but I will never use any Marriott Branch again. So disappointed . Not recommended."

"We used the Boston Marriott Peabody for our wedding room block and it was a great choice! The hotel's location is perfect; right off the highway, close to Boston, Logan and Salem and easy to find. We also rented a getting ready room for the morning of the wedding which was so convenient. They had the room set up with tables and tall chairs, mirrors, lights and a folding screen to change behind. We utilized the bar for 'welcome drinks' and an 'after party' and our guests loved it! Definitely recommend!"

"Original room TV was broken. Moved me to a new room and the TV was also broken. They replaced the TV but I checked in at 2:00pm and never got settled until 5:30. They were very nice but I feel that I should have been offered something for my troubles. Free meal, free movie, or something but alas I was not. Something should have been offered whether or not I chose to use it. Simply would have been nice is all. Overall fairly good experience."

"The hotel itself was nice. Good location between Boston and Salem. Breakfast was nice each morning. The pool and hot tub were down the entire stay. We stayed 5 nights and did not once have housekeeping clean our room. Upon check in we were notified housekeeping came every other day. That was not the case, our trash was over flowing. I had to place my trash in the hall to get it taken out. We had towels removed from our room, without towels replaced with clean towels. To get new linens we had to call each and every time because housekeeping did not clean or stock our room. I've never been to a hotel in which housekeeping doesn't clean the room. We did not have our do not disturb sign on our door. With all the options of hotels, I don't think I will ever stay at a Marriot again."

"Thanks maintenance man buddy for finding me a cart to put my luggage on when I checked out on Friday, the hotel staff was magnificent on Thursday when my partner needed a decaf tea. The gentleman on the sixth floor in the room went downstairs and got us a decaf tea. Thank you the hotel was great to stay in the staff was so friendly having the indoor pool there was great and it’s very convenient to get to from Boston or where we live in New York. I would highly recommend this hotel. once again, I give this hotel 10 stars."
