"The Copley group does a terrible job of managing their business. I lived on 11 Queensberry for 1 year, and there were issues with the fire alarms going off multiple times in the middle of the night with no apology. They had installed a fire alarm system even the fire apartment couldn’t turn off. There was loud construction the entire year we were there. There was never an apology for the inconvenience. At one point while they were repairing our bathroom there was no bathroom we could use in the building. We moved out on May 31st and they owe me the last month of rent. I have called and emailed many times and I have yet to get my money back. It’s a great part of town, but the copley group is not worth it. I recommend you live somewhere else!"
"Please live under their management company if you wish to continually be disturbed by this management group sending people into your apartment with no prior notice. With recent news of Miya M., a young women who was reported missing in Florida and now her body has been found with the suspect being a Maitnence man from her building, I can no longer be silent on Copley’s complacent attitude about my safety and the safety of their residents. Yes the reviews of consistent water shut downs and construction in the buildings are all accurate, and had a rate issue 1 week before move out date. But what broke the camels back was the invasion of my privacy every month, sometimes multiple times a week ( which I have recorded on camera). Not only is this against the law which I had almost taken management to housing court, I had filed a public report to the DA’s Office of Consumer Affairs who have investigated this issue, and 2 months before my lease was up I had to call the police on home invasion when my security alarm went off while I was in the shower and a copley Maitnence man had entered my apartment and refused to leave until I threaten to call the police. This was not an isolated incident with several complaints and concerns for my safety brought up to the property manager (Neil Dang) throughout the year and then to the regional manager, it had continued and continued with broken promises that it would never happen again. Stay safe everyone and don’t you dear reply to this review with some generic customer service response Copley. You have caused enough trauma and anxiety in one year of my life already."
