"I cannot recommend this place more. They have taken care of our two cats with such attention to detail and kindness, especially when one of them was very ill. He made a full recovery thanks to their support of his care."
"I was scared about picking a vet but every technician here is sensitive, professional, and caring to my dog to make even uncomfortable things positive experiences. After the first visit, I trusted them 100%. They educate you on everything they do and every choice you have for care. Their web portal is thankfully modern and details my dog's future vet schedule as well as every medication they're on. Update: 4 years in and I am still so pleased with their services. Their staff is so kind to my fussy dog and they take every effort to be understanding and empathetic to our needs."
"My 18 year old cat was unwell and in need of end of life care. Everyone was absolutely amazing here. My cat was treated with care and respect. I was walked through the process and offered time to say my goodbyes. They were so kind and compassionate. And they are making me some paw prints as a keepsake. I'm going to switch from my current vet and start bringing my other cat here for her check ups."
"Dr. Yao was incompetent. Cost me an extra $300 because he couldn't diagnose a very common condition. I brought my 13 year old lab in, complaining of back limb weakness and hoarse breathing. (One google search will tell you that it's a common condition in old labs called GOLPP). Dr. Yao didn't know and referred me to an orthopedic specialist, which cost me $300. The orthopedic specialist, thank goodness, knew some general medicine too and told me this wasn't an orthopedic issue. He took one look at Dakota and told me it was GOLPP. When I looked it up, all the symptoms fit."
"Very happy with this practice, they took great care of our puppy through all his checkups over his first year. He has a lot of energy and they coped really well. Thanks!"
