"The aesthetic of the hotel from the restaurant to the lobby to the rooms was beautiful! It is located near a little shopping area and you can walk on over across the street for breakfast/coffee in the morning and one of the other yummy restaurants at night! Lastly, the staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. The valet, the two beautiful ladies at the front desk, etc; every interaction I had was top knotch, professional, and sweet. Glad to have stayed here!"
"I'm really disappointed with the staffs and services of this hotel. If you wanna stay here, you must be very careful when you make a payment. I chose a room package which included breakfast for two and valet parking. When I checked out, they charged both the breakfast and valet parking to my credit card. I realized this just before I left the hotel so I told them to rectify this issue right away but it didn't help. They took the breakfast off but still charged me for the parking. I asked them twice before leaving that " I don't have to pay for the parking, right? " They said “No no, I already voided the transaction?” But today I found out that they still charged me the valet parking for $55. Therefore I have to call the hotel once again for assistance. And this is the main reason why I gave 1-star review. They didn't want to help me. They have no good serviced-mind at all. They just perform their job but not a good job. At some moment I have a feeling that they don't know how to do their job. I call and try very hard to explain that the hotel still charged separately to my credit card $55 for the valet parking. They don't even try to understand what I said. Someone keep telling that I was not charged. They already voided the transaction. She said that they can't do anything anymore. It's a mistake from the bank. She dared me to call my bank. So I called and my bank told me that I was charged. After that, I call the hotel again same person talked to me but she doesn't care anything, doesn't want to hear what I want to say, she keeps interrupting me, doesn’t let me finish my conversation. This makes me really upset and angry. Finally, I have to file dispute case with the bank by myself. I hope to get my money back soon. So disappointed for the autograph hotel collection."
"I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!! My room was perfect and the location here is ideal for walking around to stores and places to eat. The downstairs restaurant provided excellent breakfast and room service as well! Valet was super friendly and the front desk agents were kind. The interior of the hotel is gorgeous, I enjoyed the terrace and holiday decor. Thanks for being pet friendly!"
"My recent visit to The Row Hotel, left me utterly disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share this experience. The evening began with anticipation, but it quickly turned to disappointment. I do agree with other comments location is ideal. Upon arrival, the service was disorganized. We waited for over half an hour to be served, only to receive espresso martinis in mismatched stemmed champagne glasses. A martini must be served in a martini glass! Consistency is not a concern for the establishment. To make matters we ordered a fourth drink, the bartender took the order and after upwards, of 40 minutes of waiting for my drink, a rather impolite woman, curtly declared, "Yeah, I am not going to have time to make you your drink." No apology, no offer for an alternative beverage—just sheer disregard for customer satisfaction. The bar itself was chaotic, and it seemed like the staff had no interest in providing even a basic level of service. As if our experience wasn't bad enough, I witnessed another customer, an elderly lady, ask for a menu. To her astonishment, she was bluntly told, "Not going to have time to get you your food." Such blatant disregard for patrons is inexcusable. Regrettably, we decided not to stay at the hotel, and thus, I cannot comment on the rooms. However, based on the abysmal service at the bar, I have no intention of ever returning. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and common decency displayed by the staff has ensured that The Row Hotel is permanently scratched off my list of accommodation options. Save yourself the trouble and choose a hotel that values its guests."
"Wonderful stay at this upscale modern property. Amazing hospitality from the valet to the front desk staff. Location was a true plus with ample shopping and dining choices with close proximity to all. The room itself was a perfectly designed space and was spotless. Luv’d the bathroom layout that provided both great lighting and ample counter space. A unique feature were the separate enclosures for shower and water closet. Would not hesitate to recommend!!"
