"So last summer my cousin decided he wanted to come to the Cape on a last minute Vacation. Anyone knowing Cape Cod last minute means Motels are all booked! So I gave them Pine Acres phone number and he was lucky he got into a house last minute and was thrilled! He loved how the staff in the office treated him. they were so helpful in everything he needed for his family. His wife has very bad ocd and she had no complaints in the house as far as clean the house was! Their family were so happy he just called to let me know they are booking two weeks for this Summer!"

"The house we rented is a joke $5000 per week! House is dirty . HAS MOLE .Fridge is broke HOUSE VERY OUT OF DATE COULD NOT USE ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND FAMILY ROOM HAS MOLE SO BAD YOU CANNOT BREATH!!!! I do not know how this company stays in business they have very misleading ads. They said this house was remodeled in 2016 [well then why do we still have a pink bath tub? MOLE WAS SO BAD. WHEN I CALLED PINE ACRES AND ASK TO MOVE THEY DID NOTHING."
