"We had a most comfortable and enjoyable few days. Breakfast was excellent, the staff efficient and friendly and very polite. Our room was most pleasant and a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. Dana was an excellent host and couldn't do enough for us in sorting out a problem we had so many thanks for that, it was much appreciated and reflected so well on the hotel. We would love to come back but it's quite a trip from the UK but who knows. Well done to all the staff at the Queen Anne, keep up the good work."
"Dana the Inn keeper was wonderful! She helped us all along the way since we were new to the area. Super close to everything and great area for walking. The breakfast every day was amazing- highly recommend the French toast!! Go and stay, it’s a wonderful little Inn with the sweetest people."
"Very quaint, picturesque, clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable in keeping with the Inn. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. One morning we had to leave early with no time for breakfast due to a trip. So we didn't miss out we were given muffins and coffee to take out which was greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit."
"We were going to stay here for four nights-- we decided to leave after three, and here's why. Once upon a time, this inn was probably very nice if older reviews are anything to go by-- however now it is in desperate need of TLC. Basic things such as peeling paint and untrimmed plants are not really the cause for this review, although they are a part of it. The room was incredibly outdated-- the bed was lumpy and rickety, there was no mini-fridge to keep food in, the closet door got stuck numerous times, and the bathroom was especially difficult to work with, (if you or anyone you travel with struggle getting up/down or otherwise need space next to the toilet to properly use it then you are in for a rough time). Because we were staying an extra night, we were moved to one of the cottage rooms for what was going to be the last night....oh boy. We didn't think it was possible for a room to be even more outdated, and yet. It was musty and humid-- likely from the very old hot tub-- and the only way air was being ventilated was from the OPEN skylight. When I say open I mean no glass, and only an aging screen-- we couldn't even close it because the shutter was jammed. As a result, there were flies, moths, and who knows what else in the room-- something that would only get worse at night. The room had chipped and peeling paint, stained sheets, and this time, the toilet was completely unusable (my mother with minor arthritis had to sit on it sideways....). Since we pretty much had done all we wanted to do in the area to begin with, we decided to drive back home that very afternoon. I will say this, the location is very good given the amount of places you can go nearby, and the breakfast was nice (although why they label it as free on their website when you are charged every single time is a mystery to me) but the amount you pay is NOT worth what you get. Maybe if you're staying for a single night it would work for you, but if you're from out-of-state like we were or staying an extended amount of time-- find another place."
"Very charming B&B with wonderful service and tasty breakfast! I can’t stress how much the staff was professional and went above and beyond. Great people! Unfortunately our room was a bit stuffy, dated, and uncomfortable. You can hear everything and the bed was very rickity and lopsided. We wanted to sleep with our balcony door open to help with how hot it would get but there was always smoke from the bonfires or a lot of noise coming through. If you’re okay with a more historic place with lots of charm and minimum on the comfort then this is a good choice! The breakfast & coffee is 10/10!"
