"Amazing location, right on bay, small and folksy rooms, TV radio didnt work and Internet had issues. Kitchenettes were small but functional, though missing some essential things like bowls,toaster, good cutlery, umbrella was precariously bungee corded to railing I at and annoying angle creating an uncomfortable situation on small deck and blew off in light breeze almost hitting a passerby"

"Yes it's about the unbeatable location - but it's more than that. Small but comfortable room with everything you might need. Rosemary is by far the most communicative host of any airbnb I've ever stayed at. She let me check in early was willing to extend my checkout time and always responded to my emails promptly. P'town was quiet this time of year which I loved and it was always quiet in my room. I wish I could afford to come often - Angels Landing lives up to its name!"

"Nice location downtown and on the beach. Close to everything. Parking a car is a challenge but there's parking lots around town, not too far away. Quiet spot good for kids also. Paddle board or kayak rental is 50 yards away"

"Convenient location, right on Commercial Street with direct access to the beach. Wi-Fi. The owner was very warm. Stayed in Studio #5 above the coffee shop and found it to be way overpriced for what was offered. $190/night during peak season. The sheets on one of the beds were not clean. They were wrinkled as if somebody had slept in them, and I found some strange hairs on my pillow my first night there. I re-washed the sheets in the washer and dryer. It was also very hot in the apartment. No air-conditioning though there were lots of fans. There was also a dank water smell coming from the tiny shower. The kitchen was fine – very bare bones (salt, pepper, dishes and a few pots) but with two blenders. The second bedroom is downstairs below the bathroom, so I sometimes at night, I could smell it. It needs some kind of ventilation. It also felt superficially cleaned. We arrived at 7pm in the evening and the laundry for our clean towels was still going. Also, it’s noisy above the coffee shop, especially in the evening. It was worth half the price of what we paid. I’m sure the other units are nicer, but this one is definitely in need of an upgrade. Put a little TLC into this studio, and the deck/stairs leading up to it, and maybe it will be worth that much."
