"An incredible property with one of the best views. Artfully decorated and comfortable rooms with modern bathroom finishings. Service, the breakfast, and snacks along with the wine tasting on the weekends tops it off. Would recommend and will stay here again. Great Latin on the west side of town."

"Spent truly one of the best long weekends here this past weekend - the eclectic decor, the serenity, the treats for breakfast and evening reception, the staff, the perfectly tailored grounds - not a single bad thing to say about this place! It's full of flavor, color, and pizzazz and in a great location. While it's a bit of a walk to get to the main drag of Commercial St, it's easily drivable and was soooo nice to be on top of the hill like this. The views were immaculate, listening to nothing but birds talking to each other in the mornings was amazing. The private patio our room (Oak Mission) had was perfect - huge, comfy chairs, and allowed us to truly enjoy the fresh air and peace and quiet outside of the city for a bit. Can't wait to be back. You won't regret staying here!"

"Went in February during off season for some R&R. It was peaceful and beautiful. We stayed in the Moroccan Tower. Octagonal room with windows on 4 sides. On the 5th side was a door to a small balcony facing the ocean. Was able to watch the sunrise from our room. The decoration was definitely unique. There is a wide selection for breakfast, and home made quiche. Afternoon reception included wine and beer, fruits, cheese and crackers. All in all, it was exactly what I needed."

"Our favorite getaway. We have been coming to Land's End for Thanksgiving for years. A wonderful bed and breakfast in a perfect location. The building is a turn of the century house, filled with antiques (some genuine, some reproductions). A few common rooms that make it easy to meet and converse with fellow guests. A beautiful working fireplace that makes sitting and schmoozing comfortable. A wine and snack get together every night at five. Excellent breakfasts. A lovely walk to downtown Provincetown. Very short drives to nature walks. Stay in the Bay Tower room and have a 180 degree view of both sunrise and sunset."

"We stayed here the 2nd week of September when it was still warm outside but less crowded. The B&B is on a hill so walking from parking and street is uphill. The view was great from our room. We had the English Garden room overlooking the bay on the garden level. There are several restaurants within walking distance that were very good. I can understand that in the summer when it's hot at night there may be more people sitting in the outdoor areas and there may be more noise but the hotel rules are quiet after 10:00 pm so if there is any problem with that you can always call the owners. We had no issues with noise from other rooms. The room we had was spacious but I didn't see any other rooms. The grounds are beautifully planted with many different flowers and shrubs. The building itself was full of lovely stained glass and antique pieces. It was a great getaway for us for 4 days. We met many very friendly people from all over at the evening happy hour. Would love to go there again."
