"scheduled a tour online and confirmed. drove out of my way to see it, arrived to a dirty smelly stairway with holes in the wall and crayons food and dirt on the floor. never received any information on how to open the lock box so i couldn’t even see in the apartment, called multiple times over 20 mins of waiting and heard nothing"

"I have lived in the same apartment for about 4 years now. All county Select recently took over managing the place. I never call and complain about anything. I called today because i was unaware of a roofing job being done which was very loud and its hard to work from home, calling clients and computer work when i'm the top floor with the noise right above me. Devin called me back after i left a message saying it was really loud and a notice about renovations would have been helpful. He immediately started raising his voice, being verbally aggressive, not listening to my concern saying that i was complaining about renovations being done and he thought tenants should be grateful work was being done. I tried to tell him thats not why i called but he wouldnt listen. No issues with All County in general but that was unprofessional and no attitude needed."

"I highly recommend Devin at All County Select Property Management to anyone wanting to rent or sell their house, especially those living remotely. Devin managed the renting of our house for nearly two years, and ultimately the sale of our house when we decided to stop renting it. Devin did a great job with both. Renting: as a property manager, Devin responded to calls/emails from tenants and/or me and made arrangements with handymen and subcontractors to fix and maintain the house in great condition. He also coordinated the landscaping work to keep the outside of the house tidy. When things were broken, he would provide before/after photos showing the damaged item and then the completed repairs. Selling: when we told Devin we wanted to sell the house, he mentioned that he was a licensed realtor and could manage the sale of the house if we wanted. We live abroad, and Devin did everything required to prepare the house for sale including arranging the removal of our furnishings, arranging a deep cleaning, and photographing and listing the house for sale. We accepted an above asking offer the week we listed, and Devin helped to complete the myriad of tasks required to close the deal. Thanks to great communication and coordination with Devin throughout, the transaction went well, and we ended up with a great, successful sale."

"Jeff and Devin have managed my properties for a few years. They have been proactive and maintained the place with mostly reasonable tenants. In cases where tenants had issues they managed to work out a payment plan. When some of the units lost heat in the winter they were very quick to fix problems in a few hours. Most of my tenants have renewed leases after the first lease has expired. They give out good monthly statements that help track expenses and anticipate expenses, overhead moving forward. They are very professional and I would be happy to recommend them."
