"The apartments are disgusting! Dirty not finished for your move in date! Went to move in and the unit was disgusting mold everywhere water damage on walls and closet doors! Floors so warped and not finished! Outdated appliances that barely work!!! Neighbors make noise complaints for walking around to loud!? Do not move here you will regret it!!!"

"Miss living here, I just Love the area and all the space for my dogs to walk. Very cozy the staff is like a big family always doing things for their residents at the club house. The property manager is the sweetest person ever always manages to get things done in a timely manner."

"Only 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. Don’t be fooled by the touring unit; the real units are so embarrassingly gross that we won’t even have guests over. There are asbestos cleanup trucks here weekly and there’s also a pending lawsuit against them for mold. Management is combative and condescending. Don’t rent here you’ll regret it immediately."

"I am going on nine years at the Halstead Townhomes and I am thoroughly delighted with everything about it. The past couple of years have been the best. Why? The property manager Shawnee Haynes is terrific. She's been responsive to my every request and a pleasure to deal with on top of that. When I make a maintenance request (rarely needed) it's handled promptly and pleasantly. When I've come to discuss parking needs or to express an opinion on property policy, my thoughts and needs are always taken into consideration. In fact, everyone here goes out of their way to make living here an agreeable experience...and that comes from the top. And for that, I'm truly grateful."

"I been living at the Beverly Townhomes for about 4 years now. over time I’ve have seen a change in management and even the physical look of things have changed and improved. I must say I am very happy that they’ve hired someone like Shawnee Who has been very helpful, and on top of things. Especially being able to complete so much on her own for a extended period of time. When I have faced the most difficult challenges she has not only been a good ear but has also been a great support at helping me with resources and/or information. She has truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable in the place I call home. If you are certainly looking for a good place to live and call home we’ll Beverly Townhomes maybe the place for you. Thank you Shawnee Hynes for helping make Beverly Townhomes a great place to live. Also I’d just like to kindly say for all the comments ahead that maybe negative. We have to keep in mind that if you are speaking on topic of the Beverly TownHomes we must speak on the current. And not the past. The management has changed and improved for the better, the look of homes have improved and changed as well. So please to anyone who has not ventured out and took the time to explore these homes for your self.
