"Nice Lil community. It's just off the highway. So it's really dangerous for kids to play outside bcuz someone could kidnap them. They go to far exploring bcuz their lil community sits off the highway, so nobody can really go too far without a vehicle."
"Apartments are beautiful in the inside. The apartment here comes with dishwasher and two baths, master bedroom with walk in closet, second room is spacious as well. The neighbors are nosey(in your business) and annoying though."
"My mother in law lived here but she recently passed away suddenly and the staff at this place told us we had less than 2 weeks to empty appartment or they will do it. Well while planning funeral services I happen to look in the cameras we had in the appartment and we noticed maintenance looking through my mother in law things and planning on what they wanted to take with them. To even top things they did not fully refund her security deposit and charged rent for an extra 2 weeks even though we had moved all her stuff out before the end of the month. So they charged 2 weeks extra cause it took them that long to process the end of her lease. If you can avoid it do not have your loved ones live here. This should be a negative -5 rating."
"My grandmother's window has been leaking since July. She is 85 and the damage to area caused her blinds to fall and hit her in the face. When it rains she has to carry trays full of water to her bathroom so that the water doesn't leak into the apartment below her. I also found out someone's son tried to light part of the building on fire and now the residents don't have access to the trash after 4pm or on weekends, this is absurd."
