The Flats at 131

"Moved here from Denver and was thought it was going to be alot better for how much more the cost of living is out here. Super limited amenities, the gym is tinyyyy. Not worth using. The cost goes up almost 200 to 300 a month per year. For what you get, it's not worth it. Neighbors are super friendly, well most. Staff is okay but some seem not friendly. You can walk in the office and they act like your a bother, no even hellos. Its awkward. Some staff is nice but very few. Staff/maintanance will park so residents can't get out. I had this happen 2x and had to call the main office who was going to call a tow because it says no parking. When your commuting this becomes a biggggg problem. You can hear everything outside. The train is super loud even though I'm on the back side of the building a block away. Airplanes, sirens, people outside. HVAC system is also super loud and you can hear every door open and close in the hallways. Is a fun hip and growing area which is a nice part of being there. Cute farmers market in the park next door and the residence don't pirate your packages which is a plus. Just that traffic is horrible. Takes a out 25 minutes to go about 5 miles. It works for a place but it's just really basic."
